In Xiaomi air charging, it has five antennas to detect the smartphone’s location. Phones have a Beacon antenna for information broadcasting and receiving antenna to receive the signals to charge. It can charge a phone in a limited range, but without plugging and putting on a pad. You only have to connect the phone wirelessly with the charging device. Yayyy! You can charge while using it, on a bed, sofa without looking for the plug.
Li-Fi
Light Fidelity, usually called Li-Fi that is a wireless system that transfers data using infrared rays. In 2011, Harald Haas invented Li-Fi. It does not require radio frequency like Wi-Fi and needs only a light source and chip for transmitting light signals. It is not in function yet. Most probably, Li-Fi will release for 2022.
Li-Fi is much faster than Wi-Fi. Its speed is almost 100 Gbps. Moreover, Li-Fi is safe for data transfer and for the environment. It uses light waves that do not harm life. The research on Li-Fi is still in progress. It can improve the RF communication and wireless network.
6G
6G is the sixth generation of wireless technology. It is one of the most recent technology. Nowadays, 5G is in the market. 6G is not launched yet, and researchers are at the first stage of the development of 6G. 6G allows data transfer with more advanced encoding.
