What is the Parler App?
Parler is an American microblogging and social networking site where there are no restrictions. You can find the real meaning of freedom of speech there. It protects users’ rights while giving quality content and updates to date. It was discovered by John Matze, Jr., Jared Thomson, and Rebekah Mercer in 2018.
However, the real question under discussion is, whether Parler App Available for Downloading on iPhone & Android again or not? ShopCarmel.com is here to spill some tea!
Before we start, though, aren’t you curious? Why did iPhone and Android suspend Parler in the first place?
Suspension of Parler App and U.S. Capitol Riot
Apple Inc. and Amazon.com Inc. removed Parler from their services on January 9 of 2021. This social media network played its part in organizing the Capitol’s riots on January 6, 2021.
Apple suspended Parler from its App Store. On the other hand, Amazon’s cloud unit drooped the idea of hosting Parlor too. They combined with Alphabet Inc.’s Google. However, the Google Play store also removed the app.
With the freedom of speech comes hate and extremism. The same happened when a pro-Trump mob stormed the capital under the Parler app and its users’ influence. The Parler app did not have access to smartphone users and clambered to use another company to host its services.
Apple gave a stipulation first to filter their services in a day, and Parler followed suit in accepting, but Apple rejected their plan. As Parler had encouraged violence to carry out a coordinated attack, it was just a fair consequence of their irredeemable and irresponsible actions.
Parler App Stuck in the Middle
Parler has made half a comeback on the internet. However, it is present on the internet but is still unavailable to download on the Appstore and Google Play store. The probability of its reemergence is also very uncertain. Currently, the CEO of Parler appeared futile in his attempts to come to terms with investors over the company’s vision.
Anyway, it came online again as a placeholder site. Today, the service returned more vigorously. Users can log in or create a new account.
Bree A Dail’s press release on Twitter entailed how new users can’t have entree to the website as yet. With the help of independent technology, this relaunched service maintains its unique value. No more is it dependant on “Big Tech” for its operations.
Prediction and Forecasts
It is still not available for downloading either on the iOS iPhone app or the Android app, even after its resilient rejoining back. As of yet, Apple and Google haven’t still released an official statement on the app’s reinstatement.
Even in Parler’s press release and the website, is it nowhere said of any possibility or hopes of future iOS or Android endorsements. Previously, both Apple and Google made it crystal that the predicament would remain as such until Parler does not revise its services’ mechanisms.
The statement Parler has us in suspicions, though. With an announcement of no longer being reliable on the “Big Tech,” what did it mean? Google, or Apple? Is this a hint they do not need them and would retaliate at their own expense, maybe through official apps?
Be as it might or not, that’s all Parler can do anyway. If given a chance by Android or iPhone, would it play the cards its dealt with; however, Parler is no longer dependable on anyone. Or so it aims to be.
Reviews of the Patrons
Numerous users turned to Twitter to speak against the ‘unfair’ closure of the Parler app. The platform to say whatever they want and the complete freedom was what they loved.
With such loyal users of over 20 million, Parler is accessible to old patrons before opening it up to new users. It is so that Parler is here to stay, no matter whar the hurdles are.
