As a strategy for ensuring Smartworks’ long-term viability, Mr. Neetish Sarda concentrated on major purchasers. However, these major corporations had their own set of problems: they were comfortable with their conventional office buildings. Large corporations also favoured lower-cost, long-term leases, and were content with a little cost-cutting as a result of the lower expenditures.
Mr. Neetish Sarda understood the necessity of enabling businesses to provide a stimulating work environment for their workers. He designed campus-like infrastructure in these big buildings, offering value-added amenities for members such as leisure zones, cricket pitches, gaming zones, creche, gym, smart shops, smart café, automated car parking system, and much more.
They are digitally integrated workspaces with IoT-enabled meeting rooms, food, and snack order, an automated parking system, digital pantries, digital access on-premises, a Visitor Management System, and other features.
Smartworks has achieved a growing footprint of over 5 million+ sq. ft and 32+ cities in 2021. Smartworks has successfully delivered flexible workplace solutions to several big corporations, SMEs, and startups, with a significant focus on technology, creative design, and service offerings. Chai Point, Park+, Routematic, Cloudkitch, and several other major businesses have worked with the firm to deliver the best to its users.
Smartworks made over 100 crores in revenue within two years of its inception and soon surpassed the 300 crores mark. Smartworks’ performance drew the attention of overseas investors, allowing them to receive $25 million in Series-A capital from Singapore-based Keppel Land Limited.
